Hydrogel Eye Patches

The product uses medical-grade non-woven fabric, PU film, or PE film as the base material, composited with a medical-grade hydrogel layer, non-woven cotton pads, or a functional drug-loaded layer, coated with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (acrylic or medical silicone gel optional), and covered with a release film/paper. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, and different properties can be selected according to application needs: non-woven fabric base material is economical and breathable, suitable for carrying essences; PU film base material is transparent and waterproof, making it easy to observe the application site; PE film base material is thin, flexible, economical, and practical. The functional layer can be customized according to different uses: the hydrogel layer has moisturizing, hydrating, cooling, and soothing effects; the non-woven cotton pads can be used to carry eye essences, eye drops, or traditional Chinese medicine extracts; the drug-loaded layer can be used for traditional Chinese medicine fumigation or medicated patches for the eyes. The eye patch is designed to conform to the curve of the eye, covering the skin around the eyes and acupoints (such as the temples, Zanzhu acupoint, Sibai acupoint, etc.). Some models use a butterfly or crescent shape design for precise application to areas such as eye bags and corners of the eyes. The adhesive uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, ensuring a firm, non-shifting bond. Removal is gentle on the delicate skin around the eyes, leaving minimal residue. Custom shapes (crescent, butterfly, oval, full coverage, etc.), sizes, thicknesses, and functional layer types are available to meet various application needs, making it compatible with various eye care and medical applications.

Do not apply directly to broken, inflamed, infected, or allergic skin around the eyes; do not allow contact with the eyeball or inner eyelid; do not use if you are allergic to the eye patch material, functional layer components, or medical pressure-sensitive adhesive; if you experience itching, stinging, redness, swelling, or blurred vision during use, remove the patch immediately and rinse with water, and seek medical attention if necessary; not suitable for open wounds or acute eye infections (such as acute conjunctivitis or purulent stye); contact lens wearers must remove their lenses before use; post-eye surgery patients should use under the guidance of a doctor; pregnant women, infants, and people with special sensitivities should use under the guidance of a doctor or professional; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures (recommended storage temperature 15-30℃, relative humidity 20-60%); use as soon as possible after opening to avoid the functional layer drying out and affecting the effect or the adhesive aging and affecting the adhesion.
