Product Introduction:
This product uses medical-grade polymer substrates (such as PET, PP, or PE) as the base. A high-purity silver (Ag) conductive circuit layer is formed on the substrate surface through screen printing or coating processes. A silver chloride (AgCl) layer is then laminated into the sensing area using chemical chlorination or physical coating processes, creating a complete silver/silver chloride sensing electrode circuit. This circuit structure is precise and stable, possessing excellent electrochemical performance and enabling efficient and reversible conversion between ion current and electron current. The silver/silver chloride interface has an extremely low half-cell potential and excellent anti-polarization performance, low AC impedance (≤3KΩ), and low DC offset voltage, effectively reducing signal baseline drift and noise interference, ensuring the stability and accuracy of physiological electrical signal acquisition. The conductive circuit layer design can be customized according to requirements for wiring layout, impedance matching, and connection methods, compatible with various medical device interfaces. The product is thin, light, and flexible, allowing for good adhesion to different substrates (such as non-woven fabrics, PU films, foam, etc.), meeting the diverse design needs of medical devices. The surface can be covered with an insulating protective layer to prevent short circuits and signal crosstalk. Shape, size, circuit layout, and chlorination level can be customized to suit different application scenarios, ensuring compatibility with various ECG, EEG, and EMG monitoring devices and bioelectric sensors.
