Medical Breathable Fixation Patch

This product uses medical-grade non-woven fabric, elastic fabric, or high-permeability polyurethane (PU) film as the base material, coated with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (acrylic or medical silicone gel optional), and laminated with release paper. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, with excellent air permeability and water vapor permeability, effectively dissipating moisture and sweat from the skin surface, reducing the risk of skin maceration and allergies, and is suitable for long-term wear. The non-woven fabric base material is economical and breathable, suitable for large-area fixation; the elastic fabric base material has excellent elasticity and extensibility, stretching freely with skin stretching and joint movement, conforming well to irregular curved areas such as the shoulders, elbows, and knees; the PU film base material is transparent and waterproof, facilitating wound observation and providing moderate waterproof performance. The adhesive uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, with an adhesive design that balances firmness and removal comfort. It adheres firmly without shifting, and is gentle on the skin during removal, leaving minimal adhesive residue and reducing the risk of medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI). Some models feature a segmented release paper design or easy-tear notch, facilitating quick removal and application by clinical staff, reducing glove contact with the adhesive surface, and ensuring aseptic operation. Shapes, sizes, adhesive strengths, and substrate types can be customized to meet various fixation needs, ensuring compatibility with various medical devices and dressings.

Suitable for secondary fixation of various dressings; fixation of catheters, drainage tubes, and infusion lines; fixation of transcutaneous electrical stimulation electrodes (TENS) and monitoring electrodes; bonding and fixation of wearable medical devices such as pulse oximeters and sensors; fixation of dressings and instruments at joints; sports protective tape; ostomy bag base reinforcement; postoperative incision and wound coverage; medical device fixation for infants and individuals with sensitive skin; dressing fixation for elderly patients on prolonged bed rest; puncture site dressing fixation; and other clinical and home care scenarios requiring breathable and skin-friendly fixation.

Do not apply directly to broken, infected, inflamed, or allergic skin surfaces; contraindicated for those allergic to non-woven fabrics, elastic fabrics, PU films, or medical pressure-sensitive adhesives; not suitable for environments requiring complete waterproof sealing (if showering or soaking is required, a dedicated waterproof dressing should be used); although it has good breathability, it is not suitable for wounds with a large amount of exudate requiring coverage with highly absorbent dressings (it should be used in conjunction with absorbent dressings); limited tensile strength, excessive stretching may cause deformation of the substrate or failure of fixation; the adhesiveness of some models may decrease in extremely humid or sweaty environments; for long-term continuous use, it is recommended to replace regularly as prescribed by a doctor to avoid prolonged use leading to skin maceration; if it adheres to the wound when replacing, it can be moistened with saline solution and gently removed to avoid forcibly tearing and damaging the skin; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures (recommended storage temperature 15-30℃, relative humidity 20-80%), and use as soon as possible after opening.
