Product Introduction:
This product uses medical-grade polyurethane (PU) film, PE film, or high-transparency medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape as the base material, coated with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (acrylic or silicone gel optional), and laminated with release paper. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, possessing excellent waterproof and antibacterial properties, effectively preventing external moisture, bacteria, and contaminants from entering the puncture site or wound. It supports patient showering or daily washing, eliminating the need for frequent dressing changes. The transparent PU film base material allows medical staff to directly observe the puncture site and surrounding skin condition, enabling initial assessment without removing the dressing. The adhesive uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, with an adhesive design that balances firmness and removal comfort. It maintains stable adhesion even in humid environments and is gentle on the skin during removal, leaving minimal adhesive residue. Some models feature an adhesive-coated border (without a central adhesive area) to prevent direct contact between the adhesive and the wound, reducing pain during dressing changes. The product undergoes sterilization (usually ethylene oxide sterilization) and is individually packaged to ensure sterile use. Customizable shapes (square, round, irregular), sizes, and adhesive strength to suit various application scenarios, ensuring waterproof fixation for various puncture sites, small incisions, and medical devices.
Applicable Scenarios:

Not Suitable for:
Do not apply directly to broken, infected, actively bleeding, or macerated skin surfaces; contraindicated for those allergic to PU film, PE film, or medical pressure-sensitive adhesive; not suitable for wounds with heavy exudate requiring highly absorbent dressings (should be used in conjunction with absorbent dressings); although waterproof, prolonged immersion in hot water (such as baths, hot springs, saunas) is not recommended to prevent water from entering the dressing edges; not suitable for full-thickness burns or third-degree burns; if the dressing edges lift or the seal is compromised during use, replace immediately; for long-term continuous use, it is recommended to change the dressing regularly as prescribed (usually every 3-7 days) to avoid prolonged use leading to skin maceration; if the dressing adheres to the wound when changing it, moisten it with saline solution and gently remove it to avoid forcibly tearing and damaging new tissue; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures (recommended storage temperature 15-30℃, relative humidity 20-80%), and use as soon as possible after opening.
