Using a sterile transfer syringe, aspirate the Compate Medical Adhesive from the glass ampoule and inject it into the spray bottle. Connect the endoscopic catheter, tighten the valve head, and ligate or electrocoagulate any obvious bleeding points. Suction away all oozing blood and fluids to ensure the wound surface is relatively dry and clean. Insert the endoscopic catheter through the laparoscopic trocar sheath; position the spray nozzle approximately 5 cm from the wound surface, then apply the adhesive under pressure. The adhesive solidifies into a film within 3 to 5 seconds, providing immediate hemostasis. If bleeding persists, suction away the blood and repeat the spraying process.

Sterile Spray Bottle

Ideal for large areas of diffuse bleeding, this device operates without the use of Freon propellants. It allows for the complete discharge of the adhesive within a tilt angle range of 60 to 90 degrees, thereby doubling the application efficiency compared to manual spreading methods. It features sterile sealing and offers convenient, user-friendly operation.
