This product uses medical-grade hot-rolled nonwoven fabric as the substrate, coated with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (acrylic or medical silicone gel optional), and laminated with release paper. Hot-rolled fabric is a nonwoven material formed by melting and bonding fiber webs through a hot-rolling reinforcement process. It features a smooth surface, stiff feel, high strength, and good dimensional stability. The substrate is soft and skin-friendly, breathable, and conforms well to different parts of the body, providing a comfortable wearing experience. Compared to other nonwoven fabrics, hot-rolled fabric has a dense fiber structure, a smooth surface, and is less prone to shedding, making it suitable for medical scenarios with high cleanliness requirements. The adhesive uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, with an adhesive design that balances strength and ease of removal.
