PP Reinforced Fixation Patch

This product uses medical-grade non-woven fabric or PU film as the base material, with a locally reinforced polypropylene (PP) layer, coated with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive, and laminated with release paper. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, with good breathability and extensibility, allowing it to conform well to the skin curves of different areas. The PP reinforcement layer is designed at key stress points of the fixation patch, effectively enhancing the patch's tensile strength and structural stability, preventing deformation or tearing due to patient movement or external pulling, ensuring secure fixation of medical devices. The adhesive uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, exhibiting excellent adhesion to PP materials and other commonly used medical device surfaces. Its moderate adhesiveness firmly secures catheters, sensors, electrode wires, and other medical devices, while being gentle on the skin and leaving minimal residue upon removal. The product features an easy-tear notch for quick removal and application by clinical personnel. Shapes, sizes, and reinforcement layer layouts can be customized to meet different fixation needs, and it is compatible with mainstream medical devices.

Suitable for catheter fixation in intensive care units (ICU/CCU), postoperative drainage tube fixation, anesthesia tubing fixation, fixation of various sensor probes, ECG electrode wire fixation, pulse oximeter fixation, reinforcement of wearable medical devices, ostomy bag base reinforcement, secondary fixation of dressing outer layers, fixation of pediatric and neonatal medical devices, and other clinical scenarios requiring enhanced fixation strength.

Do not apply directly to broken, inflamed, or allergic skin surfaces; contraindicated for those allergic to non-woven fabrics, PU films, or medical pressure-sensitive adhesives; although the PP reinforcement layer enhances strength, the product is still not suitable for traction fixation under extreme weight; not suitable for long-term fixation in humid or water-immersed environments; when using continuously for extended periods, it is recommended to change the fixation position periodically as prescribed by a physician to avoid skin discomfort caused by prolonged wear; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures, and use as soon as possible after opening.
