Continuous Glucose Monitor Fixation Patch

This product uses medical-grade polyurethane (PU) film or non-woven fabric as the base material, coated with medical-grade acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, and laminated with release paper. The reinforcing patch features a ring or full-coverage design, with a central opening matching the size of the continuous glucose meter sensor, and a widened adhesion area extending from the edges. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, with high breathability and waterproof performance (supporting daily activities such as swimming and showering), effectively preventing sweat and moisture penetration and ensuring a firm adhesion throughout the care period. The adhesive uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, gentle and friendly to the skin. The adhesive design balances firmness and ease of removal, and after long-term wear (up to 14 days), removal is unlikely to leave adhesive residue or cause skin irritation. Some models use a double-sided adhesive structure, with one side firmly adhering to the back of the sensor transmitter, and the other side adhering to the skin with medical-grade silicone or acrylic adhesive, achieving double fixation. The product is processed using a die-cutting process, with rounded edges that do not curl. It can be customized for mainstream brand continuous glucose meters on the market, offering a variety of sizes and shapes to choose from.

Suitable for secondary fixation of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) devices for long-term use by patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes; prevention of accidental sensor detachment in children and active individuals; reinforcement and protection in hot and humid environments during summer; enhanced waterproof sealing before and after swimming or bathing; prevention of sensor displacement during exercise; reinforcement when the sensor's adhesiveness weakens at the end of its care cycle; fixation of CGM devices for hospitalized patients; and other clinical and home care scenarios requiring extended CGM wearing time.

Do not apply directly to broken, inflamed, sunburned, or allergic skin surfaces; contraindicated for those allergic to polyurethane film, non-woven fabric, acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, or medical silicone; not suitable for fixing non-glucose monitoring medical devices; although waterproof, prolonged immersion in hot water (such as hot springs or saunas) is not recommended; avoid the sensor probe implantation point during use to prevent skin discomfort due to pressure; for long-term continuous wear, it is recommended to replace the reinforcement patch each time the sensor is replaced to avoid skin discomfort caused by prolonged use; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures (recommended storage temperature 15-30℃, relative humidity 20-60%); use as soon as possible after opening.
