Product Introduction:

This product uses medical-grade silicone gel as the adhesive and can be configured with or without a substrate. Silicone gel has excellent biocompatibility, low allergenicity, and is friendly to sensitive skin and newborn skin, causing no irritation or allergic reactions. It can be repeatedly applied and removed painlessly, without damaging the stratum corneum or leaving residue. It has excellent water and sweat resistance, and its adhesive strength does not decrease after contact with water or sweat. The adhesive layer is soft, comfortable to wear, and deforms with skin movement. Different adhesion levels are available to meet diverse medical device needs.

Applicable Scenarios:

Suitable for fixing medical devices for infants and children with sensitive skin, wound dressing lamination, stoma baseplate fixation, physiotherapy electrode pad lamination, wearable medical device fixation, scar treatment patch fixation, transdermal drug delivery system component lamination, and other customized scenarios.

Not Suitable for the Following Scenarios:

The adhesive is relatively mild and not suitable for occasions requiring extremely high adhesion or withstanding large external forces; it has weak adhesion to some low surface energy materials (such as polypropylene and polyethylene) -5; it is not resistant to gamma ray irradiation sterilization, and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization or steam sterilization is recommended; the price is relatively high; the die-cutting process is more difficult than ordinary tape.
