Product Introduction:

These products use medical-grade conductive materials (selectable conductive fabric, conductive foam, conductive silicone, or silver/silver chloride sensors), non-woven fabric, foam, or silicone as the base material, composited with a medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive or conductive gel layer. They are equipped with standard snaps or pin interfaces and covered with release paper. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, and different properties can be selected according to different physiotherapy needs: the conductive fabric base material is breathable and skin-friendly, suitable for long-term wear; the conductive foam base material is soft and elastic, with cushioning and shock absorption properties; the conductive silicone base material is reusable and durable; traditional gel-type electrode pads are disposable and have stable conductivity. After the electrode pads are connected to the physiotherapy device, the electrical stimulation signal output by the device is evenly transmitted to the surface of the human skin, realizing physiotherapy functions such as neuromuscular electrical stimulation and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. The conductive layer has low resistance and uniform current distribution, effectively avoiding local burns and ensuring a safe and comfortable physiotherapy process. The adhesive or conductive gel uses a medical-grade hypoallergenic formula, ensuring a firm, non-shifting bond. Removal is gentle on the skin and leaves minimal residue. The product design features a uniform current distribution structure to meet varying intensities of physiotherapy. Shapes (round, square, butterfly, rectangular, etc.), sizes (common specifications include 50×50mm, 40×40mm, 75×50mm, etc.), interface types (2.0mm pins, 3.5mm plugs, snaps, etc.), and conductivity can be customized to suit different physiotherapy devices and treatment areas, ensuring compatibility with mainstream physiotherapy device brands.

Applicable Scenarios:

Suitable for neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) therapy; transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) analgesia; interferential current therapy; use with mid-frequency/low-frequency physiotherapy devices; muscle function rehabilitation training in physical therapy departments; sports injury rehabilitation; postoperative muscle atrophy prevention and rehabilitation; physiotherapy for soft tissue injuries of joints; adjunctive treatment for chronic pain such as cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, and lumbar muscle strain; electrodes for TCM targeted transdermal drug delivery therapy; pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy (with specialized equipment); facial muscle lifting and cosmetic physiotherapy; postpartum rehabilitation physiotherapy; muscle relaxation and recovery training for athletes; daily home health care physiotherapy; and other clinical and home rehabilitation physiotherapy scenarios that require transmitting electrical signals from the physiotherapy device to the body surface.

Not Applicable Scenarios:

Do not apply directly to broken, inflamed, infected, or allergic skin surfaces; contraindicated for those allergic to conductive materials or pressure-sensitive adhesives; use with caution or as directed by a physician if wearing a pacemaker, implantable defibrillator, or other metal implants; use with caution on the lower abdomen and waist of pregnant women; contraindicated or as directed by a physician for patients with epilepsy, severe heart disease, or bleeding tendencies; not suitable for treatments requiring direct contact with open wounds; discontinue use immediately if you experience excessive local stinging, burning, or skin redness and swelling during use; avoid special areas such as the carotid sinus, pharynx, and heart during physiotherapy; some models may not be compatible with all brands of physiotherapy devices, so please confirm interface compatibility before use; reusable conductive silicone electrode pads require regular cleaning and maintenance, and should be replaced promptly if conductivity deteriorates; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures (recommended storage temperature 5-30℃, relative humidity 20-80%); disposable electrode pads should be used as soon as possible after opening to prevent the conductive gel from drying out and affecting the therapeutic effect.
