Nonwoven Double-sided Adhesive

This product uses medical-grade non-woven fabric as the base material, with double-sided coating of the adhesive type. Different adhesion levels are available to suit various application scenarios and meet the diverse needs of medical devices. The non-woven fabric base material is soft, conforms well, and has excellent breathability, reducing the risk of skin immersion and improving wearing comfort. The tape has even adhesion on both sides, good initial tack for quick fixation, and long-lasting adhesion without shifting or falling off. It leaves minimal adhesive residue upon peeling, making it skin- and device-friendly. Some models are tearable by hand for easy application and die-cutting.

Suitable for medical dressing lamination, wound dressing fixation, catheter fixation, physiotherapy electrode pad fixation, plaster base fabric lamination, medical device packaging sealing, medical label adhesion, surgical drape fixation, disposable medical device component fixation, medical foam lamination, and other customized scenarios.

Water resistance is average, and adhesion may decrease when exposed to water or humid environments; tensile strength is limited, and excessive stretching can easily cause deformation; not suitable for applications requiring extremely high transparency; weak adhesion to some low surface energy materials (such as untreated polypropylene and polyethylene); not suitable for applications requiring extremely high adhesion or withstanding large external forces.
