Product Introduction:
This product uses a pure medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, with no substrate carrier, and double-sided release film coverage. The adhesive layer thickness is selectable, enabling ultra-thin bonding to meet the design requirements of micro-medical devices. The adhesive is transparent and virtually invisible after bonding, offering excellent aesthetics. Acrylic or silicone gel adhesives are available, providing different tack levels to meet diverse medical device needs. Excellent die-cutting performance allows for the fabrication of various precision shapes. Uniform double-sided adhesion makes it suitable for bonding dissimilar materials. It has passed biological cytotoxicity testing and is skin-friendly.
Applicable Scenarios:
Suitable for wearable medical device sensor bonding, bioelectrode pad lamination, medical flexible circuit board fixation, transdermal drug delivery system component bonding, internal precision component fixation in medical devices, medical membrane material lamination, micro-sensor assembly, and other customized applications.
Not Suitable for the Following Scenarios:
Without substrate support, it is easy to stretch and deform during operation, so careful construction is required; it requires high technical skills from operators; it is not suitable for occasions that require structural support; there may be glue overflow at the die-cut edges, so professional die-cutting technology must be used; it is difficult to reposition thinner models after bonding.
