Product Introduction:
This product uses medical-grade polyester (PET) film as the substrate, coated on both sides with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive. The substrate is ultra-thin and highly transparent, making it virtually invisible after bonding, resulting in excellent aesthetics. The PET film exhibits good temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability, with excellent die-cutting performance, making it suitable for bonding precision components. Acrylic adhesives are available in various strength grades to meet the diverse needs of medical devices. The tape has balanced adhesion on both sides, providing strong bonding to different materials. The release film is double-sided for easy die-cutting and application.
Applicable Scenarios:
Suitable for medical sensor fixation, diagnostic test strip assembly, biosensor chip bonding, microfluidic chip bonding, fixation of internal components in wearable medical devices, medical device label bonding, temporary fixation of precision medical devices, and other customized applications.
Not Suitable for the Following Scenarios:
Poor breathability, not suitable for direct skin contact where breathability is required; weak adhesion to some low surface energy materials; ultra-thin models are difficult to handle and prone to wrinkles; limited high temperature resistance, not suitable for instruments requiring high-temperature sterilization; not suitable for occasions requiring cushioning and shock absorption.
