Double-sided Silicone Gel

This product is a substrate-free tape coated with medical-grade silicone gel on both sides, or with an ultra-thin transparent PET substrate. It utilizes the excellent adhesion of silicone gel to various materials such as skin, metal, and plastic to achieve a "bridge" connection between two different material surfaces. Both sides have gentle and long-lasting adhesion, are non-irritating to the skin, and leave no residue upon removal. Due to its substrate-free or ultra-thin substrate design, the product has excellent fit and low profile, suitable for fixing precision devices. It has excellent chemical inertness and biocompatibility, and can be autoclaved to meet special medical needs.

Suitable for fixing transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation electrode pads to devices; bonding wearable sensors to the skin; temporary or permanent fixation of internal components of medical devices; reinforcement of ostomy bag bases; layered fixation of medical dressings; fixation of prostheses and orthotics linings; and other medical assembly and fixation scenarios requiring double-sided adhesion.

Not suitable for structural bonding requiring high structural strength; special optical devices requiring extremely high transparency and shadowlessness at the bonding interface; prone to adhesion failure during operation; weak adhesion to low surface energy materials (such as untreated PP and PE); not suitable for environments with direct contact with large amounts of bodily fluids.
