The base material is soft and skin-friendly, and different properties can be selected according to different sensor types and application requirements: non-woven fabric base material is economical and breathable, suitable for large-area fixation; PU film base material is transparent and waterproof, making it easy to observe the sensor's contact with the skin; elastic fabric base material has excellent elasticity and extensibility, which can stretch freely with skin and joint movement, conforming well to the irregular curves of the human body; PE foam base material has cushioning and shock absorption properties, which can disperse sensor pressure and protect sensitive areas. The adhesive uses a medical-grade anti-allergy formula, and the adhesive design balances firmness and ease of removal, effectively fixing various medical sensors and monitoring probes, preventing sensor displacement or detachment due to patient activity or sweating, and ensuring continuous and accurate monitoring data. The product design features dedicated sensor positioning markers, guide slots, or window structures, effectively securing the sensor while providing an operating window for the sensing element without interfering with signal acquisition. Removal is gentle on the skin, leaving minimal adhesive residue and reducing the risk of medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI). Some models utilize ring or irregularly shaped designs suitable for various sensor types, including temperature probes, pulse oximeters, ECG electrodes, and EEG electrodes. The product design includes easy-tear notches or segmented release paper for quick removal and application by clinical operators. Not Suitable for the Following Scenarios:

 

Do not apply directly to broken, inflamed, sunburned, or allergic skin; do not use if allergic to non-woven fabric, PU film, elastic fabric, PE foam, or medical pressure-sensitive adhesive; not suitable for fixing devices with excessive weight or that generate severe vibration; avoid the sensor's sensitive elements, transmitting/receiving windows, and detection area when applying to prevent signal obstruction and affecting monitoring accuracy; although it has good fixation performance, it is not suitable for use in extremely humid or underwater environments (if showering or soaking is required, use a special waterproof adhesive); its tensile strength is limited, and excessive stretching may cause substrate deformation or fixation failure; for long-term continuous monitoring, it is recommended to change the fixation position regularly as prescribed by a doctor (usually every 24-48 hours) to avoid skin discomfort caused by prolonged wear; if it sticks to the skin when changing, it can be moistened with saline solution and gently removed to avoid forcibly tearing and damaging the skin; store away from light, moisture, and high temperatures (recommended storage temperature 15-30℃, relative humidity 20-80%), and use as soon as possible after opening.
