This product uses medical-grade non-woven fabric, PU film, elastic fabric, or PE foam as the base material, coated with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (acrylic or medical silicone gel optional), and laminated with release paper. The base material is soft and skin-friendly, and different properties can be selected according to different sensor types and application requirements: non-woven fabric base material is economical and breathable, suitable for large-area fixation; PU film base material is transparent and waterproof, making it easy to observe the sensor's contact with the skin; elastic fabric base material has excellent elasticity and extensibility, which can stretch freely with skin and joint movement, conforming well to the irregular curves of the human body; PE foam base material has cushioning and shock absorption properties, which can disperse sensor pressure and protect sensitive areas. The adhesive uses a medical-grade anti-allergy formula, and the adhesive design balances firmness and ease of removal, effectively fixing various medical sensors and monitoring probes, preventing sensor displacement or detachment due to patient activity or sweating, and ensuring continuous and accurate monitoring data. The product design features dedicated sensor positioning markers, guide slots, or window structures, effectively securing the sensor while providing an operating window for the sensing element without interfering with signal acquisition. Removal is gentle on the skin, leaving minimal adhesive residue and reducing the risk of medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI). Some models utilize ring or irregularly shaped designs suitable for various sensor types, including temperature probes, pulse oximeters, ECG electrodes, and EEG electrodes. The product design includes easy-tear notches or segmented release paper for quick removal and application by clinical operators. Substrate type, adhesive strength, and product structure can be customized to suit different sensor shapes, sizes, weights, and monitoring needs, ensuring compatibility with mainstream medical monitoring equipment and wearable medical devices.
